I dont think this has an automatic scan at certain intervals like i want but thx

It does, if you purchase the pro edition. Otherwise you get x# of days, I think. You could try IFTTT and create a recipe to run CCleaner at the intervals you want, why exactly do you need to clear the cache so frequently?

I think this is the correct path but i am not positive settings>advance setting>storage and usb>internal storage>cached data

Can I ask why you need to clear your phone's cache regularly? That's not really necessary except on a per app basis when having issues. The cache exists for a reason LOL and clearing it regularly is a 1/2 step above using a "RAM optimizer" app. FYI
