[Q] Any Excel Templates with Appointments?

Hello
I am looking for a appointment template.
What I want to do is:
First Sheet Has: Date, Description
Second Sheet Has: Monthly Calendar
But I want in the second sheet, on the date to search for the apointment date in first sheet and auto-add the description on that particular date.

any help?
