Software for making short animated videos

Hello everyone!

I'm not an artist or anything, but I want to make short animated videos for our Facebook page, etc.  Does anyone know of a software product that would allow me to, in a drag and drop way, make short videos?  I'm thinking 30 seconds to a minut max.  Preferably with a large amount of stock images since I can't draw?

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?  I'm not opposed to a paid product at all, I would just want something that would be reasonably priced and affordable.

You can use PowerPoint, and then export it to video! (I've done that!)

PowerPoint works, but it's obviously not very elegant. 

 

Adobe Spark is another option and it's free.  Haven't tried it before, but it looks pretty slick.

You should try Windows Movie Maker 2012

If it won't work in your latest OS, then try from MS Store

or you can try Shorcut, its advance but you learn few basic things. (and its open source)
