True Launch Bar Skins

i downloaded some skins from the true launch bar skin library and i got the static one that dazzla made, but they dont come in skins...i placed them in a seperate folder in the skins directory

but still they dont show up, only ones that come are up luna, default, XP silver. I have the latest version

unzip the archive file and the place in skins directory...should be in the drop down list then to apply
