AFIK, voicemail comes with every cell phone service, there should not be a need for a separate program. Now some carriers (i.e. MetroPCS) have a visual voicemail app that attempts to translate the voice message to a readable format, but idk if anything that exists in the wild, you could simply go to the play store and search, you might get a better idea that way.

yea, what jnelson said.   verizon offers a regular app on their phones to listen to voicemail, play, pause, etc...   or for a dollar or two a month they offer the visual voicemail.
