To be honest vs unblocking it - I would look to see why you keep trying to go there..

Pretty sure that domain is not something you would want to access.  You prob infected with something if you keep getting pages pop up saying your blocked from going there..  Do a simple google for that 2hanwriten and all you find is how to clean up from malware, etc.

example

Here is some info found

What Is 2hanwriten.com?

2hanwriten.com is a harmful advertising program. Once adware is installed it will change your browser home page and add a lot of annoying ads to it. It could be a challenge to entirely remove this virus because its components and files are saved to the registry. A typical example of obtaining virus to your PC is cases when you try to download a program or any other content from from a new source or any other resource offering free software. Adding malicious software into different software builds is probably a business of a website owner allowing him to earn more money. A downloader is an app providing a user with the necessary file, nevertheless it also installs various ad offers that are known to users: bad software with irritating ads popping up in a browser, redirected links, programs that change homepage in the browser and so forth. 2hanwriten.com belongs to this kind of programs.

If I click permanently it will always allow the site that's blocked, obviously.

I want this specific notification page gone, it's not about accessing the blocked site. So let uBlock stop the blocked site without telling me every time it did so.

That is not how it works ;) You need to stop your machine from going there!!  Since you shouldn't be going there unless your freaking infected!!!!

That block is different than just not loading some add on another site... Your browser specifically tried to go there.. Which it shouldn't be doing..  Unless your clicking something - which don't click on it.. Or your infected.  Clean your infection and you will stop getting the warnings.

You can turn off that specific filter, but I wouldn't recommend it. Or you can switch to another adblocker that doesnt present windows like this. Another user on this forum asked the same question and there wasnt really a solution to disable the window from appearing.

The page itself has the solution: there are buttons in there which offers you to disable temporarily or permanently the whole page blocking (aka "strict blocking") for the current site.

If exposing hidden redirects and not connecting at all to dubious sites is less important to you than a once-in-a-while-with-easy-temporary-or-permanent-remediation "annoyance", then the wiki documentation has the solution (add to the My rules pane):

no-strict-blocking: * true

Source: https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/wiki/Strict-blocking

However, I still do not recommend doing so, that window is generally a sign of a malware domain, which you wouldn't want to visit.

    • VidCoder 12.20 by Razvan Serea VidCoder is a DVD/Blu-ray ripping and video transcoding application for Windows. It uses HandBrake as its encoding engine. Calling directly into the HandBrake library gives it a more rich UI than the official HandBrake Windows GUI. VidCoder can rip DVDs but does not defeat the CSS encryption found in most commercial DVDs. You’ll need the NET 8 Desktop Runtime. If you don’t have it, VidCoder will prompt you to download and install it. The Portable version is self-contained and does not require any .NET Runtime to be installed. You do not need to install HandBrake for VidCoder to work. Feature list: Multi-threaded MP4, MKV containers Completely integrated encoding pipeline: everything is in one process and no huge intermediate temporary files H.264, H.265, MPEG-4, MPEG-2, VP8, Theora video Hardware-accelerated encoding with AMD VCE, Nvidia NVENC and Intel QuickSync AAC, MP3, Vorbis, AC3, FLAC audio encoding and AAC/AC3/MP3/DTS/DTS-HD passthrough Target bitrate, size or quality for video 2-pass encoding Decomb, detelecine, deinterlace, rotate, reflect, chroma smooth, colorspace filters Powerful batch encoding with simultaneous encodes Customizable Pickers to automatically pick audio and subtitle tracks, destination, titles and more Instant source previews Creates small encoded preview clips Pause, resume encoding VidCoder 12.20 changes: Updated HandBrake core to 1.11.2. • Too soon, I'm still not over this death!
    • Normally, I admit when a title is clickbait (unfortunately, it's become somewhat necessary to compete against AI-dominated news sections today), but in this case, all supported versions is implied and doesn't need to be spelled out in the title. Of course, I'm covering a Patch Tuesday update bug that is only available to supported Windows SKUs. All our coverage relates to supported Windows software and SKUs only unless we expressly state that it's "unsupported", "unofficial", or "third-party". I'm sorry, but supported/official SKUs don't need to be spelled out as such in every Neowin headline.
    • ALL versions or ALL SUPPORTED versions? Neowin does it again.
