eaglebtc Posted September 7, 2001 Share Posted September 7, 2001 devils0wn is the group that released one of the copies of XP that are now floating around the IRC networks. more specifically, they released a corporate version of XP Professional that requires a Volume License Key, or VLK. The VLK means that this version will not require activation, since it's designed for large corporations with hundreds or thousands of computers, where activation would be a major pain in the arse. this version also does not have the 180day timebomb, since it is the final version. overall, it's the sweetest version of XP currently available.
