Rufus Issue Trying To Create a Bootable Flash Drive

Question

I have a Sandisk 32GB USB Flash Drive I am trying to put a Windows 7 installation on and I keep getting this error and I am not sure why. I don't have an issue with a ASUS machine I have here, but on this HP Pavilion, it keeps giving me this problem. It doesn't do this with Linux distros, but if I try and boot into them I get a black screen with a blinking white cursor. I tried disconnecting hardware and USB items to no avail. Any ideas?

Hello,

If I am reading that error message correctly, the ISO file you are attempting to create Windows 7 from is corrupt.
