I would like to keep my old Firefox version

there a way to do it without updating to the latest version?

There's a way to update it without overwriting your current profile.

Is that one still supported or does your web browser security look like swish cheese?

You can update, while keeping your profile information in tact. If you could let us know why you would rather stay on an older version, it would allow the community to provide some alternatives for you.

I like the old interface, really easy to use

In addition, the privacy option is quite limited in the new version

Looks like support ended for that version of Firefox sometime last year. It's your choice not to update, but you can't expect things to continue to be compatible with it.

Well, you will be stuck with those "problems",

Like it or not, you need to update for its functionality.

If you don't want to update or can't there is a workaround to enable the extensions again:
