VSS failed to process snapshot

Hello All, 

I am facing problem with VSS on windows server 2012 R2 Standard, Whenever backup is triggered VSS writers goes into failed state (Specifically, System, WMI and IIS

config writer) 

 

Below is the error message from EMC Networker Backup tool;

174424:save: Step (3 of 5) for PID-3080: Creating the snapshot for the selected save sets.
VSS OTHER: ERROR: VSS failed to process snapshot:
08/06/19 23:54:53.391064 VSS OTHER: sow_create_sysset_snapshot: VSS failed to process snapshot, error=0x0
176575:save: Unable to save the SYSTEM STATE save sets and create the snapshot.
