google new look?

Recommended Posts

Hmm, well I sure hope that there are *more* improvements coming. Not a big fan of the new look... but hopefuly it isn't final.

I would like to see google provide several themes (All CSS, of course) and let us decide what to use.

alltheweb dose this its quite cool and i think you can make your own themes for it and use your self. I sorta gone off theme for no real reason though

ok guys this is how to do it. go to c:\documents and settings\yourass\cookies\ass@google[1].txt

then change where it says 'PREFID=:0000000000' change the numbers 102c51875a8839e9. then restart IE. that should work :)

Hinting at anything dr. Timko?

I was only interested in what you might like Google to change etc in order for you to perhaps like it... is all ( <-- I hate that phrase, why do people say it? Just say "that's all" not "is all" Aaarggh! ) (Y)

I found a html bug in the new google:

1) Go to the Google Image Search page;

2) Enter an image search query, press enter;

3) Click on the Google Images logo;

4) Click on the "Web" tab;

5) URL still http://images.google.com

Stupid mistake, easy fix, posted here first.

^^^ looks like it happens regardless of whichever tab you press but it still gets to to the right page (eg clicking on web/groups/news/etc still actually get you into web/groups/news/etc
