I did that around four hours ago (it asked me to restart my PC, which I did immediately).

 

So far, no updates are coming through when I search.

Any idea how long it takes?

 

EDIT: Nevermind, I went back to the Windows Insider Programme section again and it asked me to "Fix" my diagnostics settings.
