Hello, i need help. So I did a clean install of Windows 10 due to bloatware (Originally the OS was Windows 8.1 on the HP Laptop), and after using Windows 10, I did a clean install of Windows 8.1, because I wanted to go to the original operating system that came with the OS, but I wanted to access the recovery partition on the laptop so I could boot from it, but I can't access it, however in the installation of diskpart it said that there was 2 partitions.  now I'm messed up, confused, and unorganized. I don't know what to do! Help?

You can try to boot from the recovery partiton by Powering on your system and press "F11" repeatedly until you see the Recovery Manager screen. Click "System Recover" under the left section, labeled "I Need Help Immediately." Follow the on-screen instructions to boot off the recovery partition and restore your HP computer to working order.

I tried that, but it instead goes to Windows 8.1, and there's no HP recovery manager.
