Looking for a program that will normalize the audio of videos and music within windows

Is there such a thing? I really hate having to turn the volume up and down all the time and would love it if such a program existed!

Do you have the Loudness Equalization option for Speaker Properties?

Right click on speaker > Open Sound Settings > Sound Control Panel > Click on your Playback device (i.e. Speakers) and click Properties and this window should show up.

If you don't have it ... not entirely sure (my notebook doesn't ... my desktop does).

No, I do not have that option (wish I did) for some reason this audio chipset does not come with that option.

Is it a realtek? Try get the drivers from realtek or OEM instead of using the standard windows generic driver. Loudness equalisation is something you want to do at real-time rather than pre-processing the files. A decent audio/video player should provide this out of the box.

It is running the realtek driver
