Comcast's insisting on an upgrade.

Outside of telephony, the router and modem are separate - the telephony router is a backup wireless AP for areas the current main router does not cover (and once I get my Netgear Orbi, it will slide further down).  Netgear's Orbi is like the main and single-satellite Amazon eero - a Wifi6 mesh system - and I have had nary an issue with my Broadcom-chipset-based Netgear routers - this will be my third.
