Searching for Windows 8 theme

Hey, I have been looking for a month now, but can anybody help me with a Windows 8 theme for WindowBlinds?

I know there is a Windows Developer Preivew theme with title bar text centred built in to WindowBlinds, but that one just uses too much memory and CPU.

 

I like it to have:

- Centred Title Bar Text

- NO AERO GLASS (it just makes it laggy)

- Windows 8.1 title bar buttons (Minimize, close, maximise, restore)

 

I would want it like my windows 8.1 vm:

Yes, I was running VMWare in unity mode lol
