Presenting-software, incl. "in-pic" for video (Windows)

I would like to record a tutorial/instruction for a product.

I would like to "share my screen" and give a short presentation, preferably with an "in-pic" of a video with my face (more or less like a Zoom'ish approach for a webinar).

 

Is such software available for Windows computers?

I do have screen recording software (SnagIt), but this one doesn't have a feature to also display a section for a webcam/video.

you may be able to accomplish what you want with OBS

it's primarily meant for streaming to Twitch and the like but I believe it has local recording options as well
