Each generation, hordes of charlatans have wanted to give, in most cases, to sell such treasure. In truth, that elixir has been known for any human from the very start of her/his life. It's just pure portable Water == all biochemical/physical processes in the body run with/in/through Water. In short, don't drink anything (teas, coffee, sodas, alcohols etc-etc), but just & only potable Water. In fact, even junk food becomes much less harmful for organism thanks to. Good Luck. :)

It has been estimated that there are over 380 trillion viruses inhabiting us, a community collectively known as the human virome. But these viruses are not the dangerous ones you commonly hear about, like those that cause the flu or the common cold, or more sinister infections like Ebola or dengue. Many of these viruses infect the bacteria that live inside you and are known as bacteriophages, or phages for short. The human body is a breeding ground for phages, and despite their abundance, we have very little insight into what all they or any of the other viruses in the body are doing.

I am a physician-scientist studying the human microbiome by focusing on viruses, because I believe that harnessing the power of bacteria’s ultimate natural predators will teach us how to prevent and combat bacterial infections. One might rightly assume that if viruses are the most abundant microbes in the body, they would be the target of the majority of human microbiome studies. But that assumption would be horribly wrong. The study of the human virome lags so far behind the study of bacteria that we are only just now uncovering some of their most basic features. This lag is due to it having taken scientists much longer to recognize the presence of a human virome, and a lack of standardized and sophisticated tools to decipher what’s actually in your virome.

so, any single day we can pinpoint whatever symbiotic virus in human population & call it pandemic🙄😉

I agree with your assessment on water.

Virus?

A virus that triggers an immune response is the ultimate Trojan Horse. What else can storm the castle and trick the castle into burning itself down with the owners in it?

virus, even sophisticated one, needs a host to replicate itself &, if each host is doomed to death, then that virus has no way to survive (its population will be eliminated w/ died hosts).

The smart ones trick you into herd immunity. So it will have more hosts.

Don't Tan. Don't Sun bath. Don't get cooked by the sun.

That's my secret to looking young.

Good point == UV is very harmful to skin + it generates ions of Oxygen, so it becomes harmful for internal organs too. Ideally, the best way is to transform human body to live underwater.

sunlight is EXTREMELY beneficial to you, just have to keep it in low doses.  You get vitamin D from it.  Humans need sunlight.  There are tons of studies that show benefits of light therapy, but some sunshine on you body while wearing minimal amount of clothes is very healthy

I agree on a lot of water, however teas are also very beneficial - again, this is a fact.   coffee is a 2 sided coin as it is acidic however it is also benificial so the consensus is hard to reach.

i will tell you the biggest real thing that can help.   avoid processed foods and stay away from sugar as much as humanly possible.  THIS IS THE BIGGEST FACTOR FOR YOUR HEALTH. not avoiding tea/coffer/sunlight completely.

I'm aware you get your Vitamin D from it. I've been taking Vitamin d.. to the tune of 5,000 IU for the last 9 years.

Sugar is the devil. (devil is just a word I picked for terrible, no religious connotation meant) I've read some studies that show it can be a factor in the development of certain kinds of cancer. It's addictive.

Our bodies need sugar but only small amounts. It's one of the reasons that the intermittent fasting diets are working well for people. The IF diet works the opposite of insulin dependency.  Plus the fact that we as hunter gatherers might not have eaten for days in our ancestors history. Back then, there wasn't a burger joint on every corner.

Diplomacy? Nope. More like the battlefield in Braveheart. Marauding white blood cells swinging their broadswords and battleaxes at the  intruders whether bacteria, virus, etc. Daily.

i highly recommend that you take vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 (MK7)  - it is a popular supplement formula - because they work synergistically in your body

good example been spanish flu..

Quote

Modern analysis has shown the virus to be particularly deadly because it triggers a cytokine storm (overreaction of the body's immune system), which ravages the stronger immune system of young adults.[7] One group of researchers recovered the virus from the bodies of frozen victims and transfected animals with it. The animals suffered rapidly progressive respiratory failure and death through a cytokine storm. The strong immune reactions of young adults were postulated to have ravaged the body, whereas the weaker immune reactions of children and middle-aged adults resulted in fewer deaths among those groups.

Actually, environment can produce different types of bio-DDoS'es & immune system cannot fight them back.

all kind of nutrients, vitamins & microelements.. can be gotten from the food. sunlight actually acts as natural narcotic, so it makes humans happy. happiness & health in many ways contradict each other. modern teas & coffee either could be synthetic or stuffed by herbicides, insecticides.. in short, modern veggie stuff has been even more toxic than meat + it's had poor nutritional  content.

Thanks! I'll absolutely consult with my Dr. as she put me on the D in the first place. She works hard keeping me balanced. :) I also have to avoid possible interactions with other meds i'm taking. I do appreciate the advice.

Let me spell this out to you, IDGAF if it is bad for me or not, I like it, therefore I will continue to put it my system.

I'm not trying to change your mind as I can read and am simply commenting on your statement. I'm also not trying to be argumentative.

I quit drinking 7 years ago for various reasons. One of the symptoms I had was waking up in jail a few times. ;)

This being besides my point of the bad for you part. My triglycerides was in the 400's my cholesterol was above 200. I quit drinking, had CBC (bloodwork) 3 months later and my lipid panel dropped by 60%. Why? The sugar.

I don't drink very much at all, I was simply responding to the OP's stupid comments and felt that I could throw alcohol in the mix and see what happened!

Also major props to you for coming to your senses and realizing that alcohol was causing you major issues, I know some people who would continue to ignore all reasoning and swear that the alcohol was not the problem at all.

    • Simple answer is yes, you will still get the Windows updates and as long as browser is up to date, you will be good. Only thing secure boot does is protect you against boot level threats and make it harder to install other OS's. I've been looking into this pretty thoroughly lately myself as wifes computer has secure boot disabled plus my other, older computers that run Linux, don't have secure boot enabled. Have seen all kinds of questions about this on the Linux Mint and MX Linux forums. Just don't suddenly enable secure boot now.
