waysidesc
I am trying to sideload some app in Windows 8.1 that are no longer available in the Microsoft Store. I want to use 'Project Siena' to create my own apps. It would be my foray into 'development' for Windows 8 ! I installed the so-called developer license and used the commands to install 'Project Siena'. But ... when the command completes successfully, and I try to open 'Project Siena' I am told that it could not open the app and that I should try reinstalling it ... I try to reinstall but ... it gives me the same error. Is there anything else that can be done ?
