kiddingguy
I have a question... when receiving notifications, with screen off, on my iPhone XS I see the app and just "Notification" in my display [no content of the message] However, when I receive the same message on an iPhone 7/8/SE I see the app + content directly; it's not hidden as with the XS. When in a meeting, or if your iPhone is left somewhere, other people can see the content of messages/mails directly (which isn't really "privacy compliant") Has this something to do with TouchID vs. FaceID? Is it possible to hide the content of the message, just the same as on the XS, on an iPhone 7/8/SE? And how do I do that?
Dick Montage
There's a setting, within Notifications "Show previews", set to always , when unlocked or never as needed kiddingguy 1 Share
