I specially look for this is its ability to add the frequently used folders shortcuts to the left pane of the Windows Explorer on Windows XP; a functionality of the macOS Finder. Some other similar utilities do that too but they try to change the Desktop appearance, add some upper taskbar, and similar things too. I'm not interested in macOS looks. That's why I look specifically for this file but I couldn't find it even on archive.org. Actually, it would be wonderful if the admin of this forum repaired the links to those files. For information, the functionality is available in Windows 10, referred to as the Quick Access bar in Windows Explorer. Considering that Windows XP has been unsupported for 6 years, no one should be using it. At least, no one should be going online with a Windows XP machine.
