Max Norris Posted January 28, 2021 Share Posted January 28, 2021 So, apparently Microsoft in their infinite wisdom decided to pull the DirectX redistributables from their site, it's a 404 now. Not only that, more often than not people either downloaded or received bundled with a game a copy of the web installer, which is also now dead. Occasionally needed even with Windows 10, depending on the game. Why did they nuke it? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Anyways, I have a copy of the last version of the full standalone installer, archived it up and tossed onto Mega if anyone needs it.
