I'm trying to install MYSQl on my computer in XP and it keeps giving me the following error: "Cannot run 16 bit windows program". The installer is using a verison of Install Shield (I Think) and I've had similar problems installing other software using probably the same pre-packaged version of installshield.
I've tried going into compatibility mode with Windows 95 adn NT4 with themes disabled and it won't install. Any one had a similiar problem and know a way around it?
