Bruinator
Just wondering what you guys do to get your lawn thick and green for the summer and fall months? What products do you use? TIA
+Warwagon MVC Posted March 24, 2021 MVC Share Posted March 24, 2021 Well you could pee in a bucket and add water to dilute it and then spray it on your lawn. https://www.popularmechanics.com/home/lawn-garden/a27354/urinate-on-lawn/#:~:text=Urine%2C as it happens%2C contains,at North Carolina State University. +Biscuits Brown MVC Posted March 24, 2021 MVC Share Posted March 24, 2021 I have Texas burmudagrass and I generally do a twice a year weed and feed with whatever Walmart has on sale and have a nice weed free marginally green lawn from April until the water restrictions hit in July. After that it's varied shades of greenish brown until it goes dormant in November.
Bruinator
i am trying with Scotts seeds, feeds and fertilizers and soil improver and plan on trying it later this wee as it is suppose to rain on Friday so i will spread it Thur night. Does it need to be watered on a daily basis for this to work or just spread it and leave for the rain on Friday and that is it? I will be using dandilion killer next month as well. Do you all recommend doing anything else? TIA
