Razer support sucks

He has a replacement - he wanted his money back!

Yeah I would have taken a refund had they offered, but I think they only do that if it was ordered directly via Razer. Mine was bought via Amazon.

 

The only upside is that they replaced after 14 months, which is two months after the standard warranty.

Oh! I misunderstood. I thought you pulled out an old mouse while you were waiting to get the Razer one replaced.
