Punctuation and emojis displaying as random characters

Anyone else having emojis and commas, apostrophes etc not displaying properly and loading as random characters? Have had it a few days now in Safari iOS 14.

Can you give examples, where exactly is this happening? Link to posts? There was an issue with apostrophes in news comments that was fixed yesterday.

I had this yesterday where a FPN comment I made with a hyphen was replaced with some random a' thing, which when I edited the comment didn't persist.

I've seen a few examples of emoji rendering as characters.  Will report the post next time I see.

Usually in FPN comments, like this.
