My niece wants to find an IOS/iPad emulator for PC

My niece is in to digital art, and apparently there is an app for iOS that is really good for that purpose, but she doesn't have the funds (or desire) to purchase an iPad. I did a search for iOS emulators, but the results seemed to be a mixed bag of simulators and emulators. Does anybody know of a decent one that we can try? Thanks!

Is she talking about Procreate? Yeah that's why I got my ipad, it's a great app, unfortunately I don't believe there is an emulated solution to run iOS on PC.

Yeah, but those aren't fit enough for what Krita does..

 

This is like the diference between Photoshop and Gimp.
