Removing Ad Banner from AIM

I was wondering how I could go about dissabling or removing the ad banner which is located above the buddylist in AIM (the latest version)

Download this ZIP file, and replace this file in C:\Program Files\AIM OR wherever you have AIM installed. You may have to copy the file to the AIM folder a couple times before it actually works, but it certainly does and leaves no space where the add was either. This is nice because you don't have to install software just to remove the stupid add, just replace the existing file.

You can also use add ons like Middle Man and Aimation (spelling) which add tons of other features besides just add removeral.

aimutation doesn't support the latest version of aim yet.
