When I search through my windows I can't find this Iconcache

So I need to change the icons with Iconpackager?

Bellerophon - iconcache is a HIDDEN file in C:/documents and settings/user name/local settings/application data

when u search, click on advanced options n make it search for HIDDEN files and folders.

n search the whole goddamn C:/ drive!

or the most easiest way wud be to download "iconpackager" ( google it ) its a trial for 30 days. n rebuild ur icon cache with that!

I know uve tried with tweak xp n u think it wont work with any of the other apps.. but try this will ya.

if ur still stuck with windows icons, ur just being to clumsy.

I havent read the whole thread, but I was wondering if your icons work with SP2 2082... I doubt it since your webpage says they only work with SP1.

Any plans on making an SP2 2082 version? I'll have your babies if you make one.

One question though, I'm guessing I missed replacing a file, my 'log off' and 'please wait' dialogues haven't changed.

have ur icons changed? if they have u need a restart for the dialogs to change too

Thanks, that fixed it... lol, had wondered since everything including the turn off computer had changed. Guess it just needed another push :)

I did a fresh install of XP and used Autopatcher XP on it, and I think the shell32.dll version number is different than what is currently in your shell pack, so I've held off installing it.

Wasn't sure if your aware of the difference.

download the pack again (the 1.1 version) has fixed the indescrepancies in the file versions

I checked and I think the Autopatcher XP applies a number of Pre-SP2 patches including one that bumps shell32.dll to version 6.00.2800.1242 (xpsp2.030702-2125).

Looking forward to seeing the shell pack when SP2 is out.

Would it be possible to have an open folder in Windows Explorer look open or have a different colour? Like the currently selected folder in the tree view. The shell32.dll I had for G.A.N.T. (not G.A.N.T. 2) indicated the currently selected/open folder by colouring it red.

Be cool if there was a suitable icon in G.A.N.T. 2 for this and if you could whack it in.
