I have checked for updates 3 times back to back, and this is the result. What does this mean, and/or what can I do about it?

is this a work machine? I ask since it says some settings are managed by the organization.

That being said it could be a group policy or SCCM / WSUS configuration blocking some things from installing despite being detected as available.

What was the last update it installed?

If you click "View configured update policies" what does it say?

When was the last time you've restarted? Not a shut down but a restart?
