When we turn on "Automatically manage color for apps" in the operating system, then create a new meeting with Teams and start it, setting the background to blur the background and share the desktop. When dragging the Teams window and shaking quickly left and right, Teams will automatically flash back for about 30 seconds.

I think it might be a question from Teams app, I've consulted Microsoft but haven't received a response.
