Gigabyte USB Wifi stick!

Recommended Posts

Just looking at my new popular science magazine and found a little news on this sweet little Wirless USB stick. Yes you read right, it's a USB stick that is basically a wi-fi card (IEEE 802.11b compliant)! This particular version (201) also includes either 32M,64M,128M, or 256Mb of Flash Memory but you can also get the version that doesn't have extra memory storage (the GN-WLBZ101). It doesn't look like this is available in the US yet but can be bought in Australia, France, Israel, Italian, New Zealand, and the UK. Price should be around $90 USD for the 201.

Now that's more of the responses I'm talking about!

Yeah, I would love to get my hands on one of these too. It's especially great for people who have older laptops who don't want to buy a PCMCIA card to do the job and have other computers around they could use with it.

I would love that for my laptop...I already have a 128 meg memory key, but that would still be awesome for wireless. That and I'm kinda partial to Giga-byte products.
