I am trying to get in touch with a human from ebay coz that chat assistant is a PITA? I would greatly appreciate some help.

I try that every time and never get a human which is why i am looking for another way that works.

I mean...you can Google "eBay contact number" and get an 866 number...but no idea if it works.  Their number doesn't appear to be listed on the website...sooooo....

i always use to use that number. I  guess that dont want to have their workers talking to the customers anymore. Very poor way to do business and run it,

You just have to say "speak to an agent" to the chatbot. Sometimes you have to say it twice

That option worked great for me when I was helping my brother with an issue a while back. They called within 10 minutes.

I happened to mention Ebay to someone a while back and that person laughed at me and said who uses that place anymore.
