If you are planning for some gaming then i would reccomend the P4R (ATi Chipset) as it would perform much better in the gaming side (Graphics wise), if not then Intel Extreme 2 should do the job fine as well. Both have AGP so you can always upgrade later.

The P4P800-VM is microATX :/

You should look at the P4G800-V. Full ATX, Intel Integrated Video (Extreme Graphics 2). Overclockable. Supports Prescott...etc...

The P4R800-VM is an ATi Chipset which includes a integraded Radeon 9200, not overclockable board.. :s
