Secondlife Sim Change Seeing Issue

Hello All

Wondering What is the cause of this issue ?  thinking maybe Gateway Modem Firmwire now i tried everything so far

**Plus it worked fine on Initial Activation Firmwire, and The next updated Firmwire up til time it updated to 6/3 version**

 

 

For the last month been having issues in Secondlife Game

Sims not showing up , only seeing water

To Voice chat not working off and on in the game

Exclusions are done as directed by support

Viewer even clean installed

Even Windows 11 Pro x64 bit clean installed

*After Windows 11 Clean Install, did activate Defender for Individuals that is included with MS Office 365*, not sure i needed to

Even had Comcast send out Replacement Gateway modem, and it worked fine for from 12/1-12/8, then Gateway updated Firmwire back to 6.3 version again, and back to what it was

 

I'm at a loss what else to try

*blacked out In Game Name for Security & Privacy Reasons..  I'll be so so so happy once issue fully fixed and things back to normal
