    • Oh for crying out loud. Here are the facts debunking the oldest conspiracy nonsense regarding 9/11: https://www.history.co.uk/arti...onspiracy-theories-debunked You'll notice that the Mossad FreeDUMB.com garbage is so ludicrous that it doesn't even rate a factual rebuttal...
    • Perplexity launches Comet AI web browser, locks it behind $200/month subscription by Usama Jawad AI is the latest tech trend that companies all over the world are heavily investing in. We have already seen Microsoft's efforts with Copilot, OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google's Gemini and AI Mode in Chrome, and more, but the competition has only started to ramp up. Now, Perplexity has finally launched its AI-powered web browser, Comet. Some of you might remember that Perplexity began testing Comet on Windows, following a launch on Apple Silicon a few months back. The AI browser is being touted for its intelligent capabilities such as the ability to engage in conversations in a natural manner, surface emails which you are yet to respond to, and a Try on feature which allows users to upload a photo of themselves and then see AI generations of themselves with different pieces of garments. Perplexity's blog post about the launch of Comet is mostly filled with marketing fluff and buzzwords, with some information related to how the company wants to focus on fluid natural conversations rather than tabs and hyperlinks. In addition, the AI browser will be able to book meetings for you, send emails, and provide you with your daily brief. The concept is to enable workflows that create tangible actions out of an idea. Perplexity has boasted about Comet being a "second brain" for its users, thanks to the power of agentic AI. There is also major emphasis on sparking curiosity and receiving accurate information in response. For the time being, Comet is available only to Perplexity Max subscribers through an invite-only system. As a reminder, this is Perplexity's most expensive subscription, carrying a prohibitive price tag of $200/month, which likely means that Comet's user base won't be massive, at least at first. Those interested in the browser can request to join the waitlist here, with more invites expected throughout summer. It's unclear when the browser will hit general availability and if it will also be available to customers on lower subscription tiers.
    • Yeah like a non-turbo Porsche is a budget sports car with not so affordable pricing. And it least you'd get a Porsche.
    • While that specific allegation may or may not be true, the truth is that Hamas raped, butchered, burned, decapitated, killed, and kidnapped, then starved and tortured over 1,200 innocent Israeli men, women, children and babies in their beds and in their homes on a peaceful holiday Sunday morning. So, in your zeal to virtue signal the high ground here, don't confuse the caught in the middle Palestinian people with Hamas terrorists and butchers, okay? If an organization like Hamas had done this to the USA, for example, we'd have turned the entire country into a parking lot in a few hours...
