Android files in Win 11?

Question

I have the Android subsystem installed, and I enabled virtualization in UEFI, but the subsystem still says to enable virtualization in BIOS, but it is enabled, has anybody else had any problems like this?

I would double check that you toggled the right thing and that the setting saved in BIOS/UEFI

Also check your task manager to see if it reflects enabled in the performance graph tab

that is weird, I don't see why you're getting that error then.

Did you install WSA via the store or other method? I'd try uninstalling/reinstalling it fresh now that you have virtualization enabled in case a flag is stuck somewhere in WSA itself.

Under turn on / off windows features, make sure you have "Virtual Machine Platform" installed.

I just enabled that, going to reboot and see if it fixed the problem.

both WSA and WSL require the Windows Virtualization Platform (aka Hyper-V/App-V)

I discovered that. You would really think that if it needed these things, it would've enabled them during the setup or at least popped up a message saying to enable them...
