Icons: GANT2, of course (using an IconPackager theme)

Taskbar menu is done with True Launch Bar. Also, note the small (and transparent) BitTorrent window; this is one of WindowFX 2's new features, it lets you tile windows when not in use, similar to Apple's "Expose" feature, except the user has more say about what windows are made tiny and what their location is. It's a very nifty feature, to say the least.
