I agree! It's basically just a recolored version of GANT Olive with a fancy (well ugly  :x ) start menu . . . I don't see why everyone's so excited, oh well, monkey see monkey do . . . although I can admit I've fallen into that category before

Anway, here's mine, just off a format, still needs some work

Man, I love that wallpaper.. what is it and where can I find it? :)

Also, how would I go about getting the text to the right of the icons like you have it, instead of having them below as by default in WinXP ? It looks neat! :D
