Hi

last year I bought office 2021 perpetual , honestly I don't know if it was a good choice , i could pay for the 356 version maybe more powerful

well i have updated , and i have noticed there is my microsoft account on the top right  , i can disconnect

now

1) do I need to sign to a microsoft account in office 2021 perpetual single user

2) signing to a microsoft account with a office 2021 perpetual , could I get some extra feature like online template ,picture and so on?

3) are there some advantage to have Office 2021 LTSC and sign on microsoft account

ps : I had to re-install on windows 11 , before i had installed on w10

thanks

best regads

1) Perpetual should be activated with a key, and doesn't require a login.
2) Only if you have an active office 365 subscription, then you have all the current office features. LTSC is feature "locked" and stops receiving new features.
3) Online storage via one drive

You did not buy Office 2021 LTSC: you got scammed.

Office 2021 is only available through volume licensing agreements available to organizations.

Office 2021 is available for one-time purchase, which means you pay an initial fee to get Microsoft 365 apps for a single computer. One-time purchases are available for both PC and Mac. They do not have an upgrade option, which means you must purchase the full price if you want to upgrade to the next major version.

Your post title includes LTSC, so forgive our confusion.

To answer your question - the only real advantage to staying logged is the integration with OneDrive and other Microsoft services.

What initially concerned you about staying logged in?

To clarify, Office 2021 (any edition) is perpetual license while Office 365 is a subscription.

You do not need to sign in to use Office 2021, but if you do sign in, you get additional features such as co-authoring.
