Linux distributions supporting and requiring UEFI, Secure Boot, and TPM

Recommended Posts

From what I've researched, using UEFI, Secure Boot, and TPM on servers is essential.

But I saw that Ubuntu Client already supports it. What other distributions do?

And why don't I see Linux users using it?

Even Android has all of this by default on mobile phones.

Ubuntu is supported, Fedora is supported, Mint is supported, and so on...

And I heard that starting in 2026, the most up-to-date distributions will require the BIOS to have UEFI, Secure Boot, and TPM to be installed.

Microsoft lecturing and dictating the rules.
