How do I contact MS support? Been getting "You've tried to sign in too many times" error constantly.

For the last three or four days when I try to log into my Microsoft account I've been getting a message saying "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password".
I have maybe tried five times in the last four days to log in.

Finally last night I clicked on the forgot your password link and reset my password.
This let me get in. I am currently logged in through Firefox on my computer.
The password is 25 characters long and consists of all the usual special characters, numbers, upper, and lowercase letters. I also have 2FA on the account. Both the password and 2FA are stored in Bitwarden.

I went to log into my Xbox today and since I'd changed my password I was being asked for the new password. It wouldn't accept the password.
I then tried to use the log in with another device option on the Xbox login screen, this provides a QR code which I opened on my phone. I wasn't logged into my MS account on my phone. When I tried to log in on my phone I was shown the "You've tried to sign in too many times" message.

I then went back to my computer and tried logging in with both a private windows in Firefox and in Chrome. Both showed the "You've tried too many times" message.

I literally changed my password and logged in last night around 23:00 then went to bed after I got logged in. I haven't attempted to log into anything Microsoft related until this morning on my Xbox.

How can I contact someone at MS to figure out what the problem is with my account?

try this one it's the UK Customer Account services line. (its for businesses though) their regular customer support is dumb but maybe they can direct you to the right place.
