Exclude RSS feed paths from CloudFlare bot guard

I am not sure if this is the cause, but I suspect it is, the site I use to pull feeds is having problems pulling the main Neowin News rss and I was wondering if it could be caused by the anti-bot cloudflare protection. I can provide an example rule if that would help.

It may be worth excluding those paths with a specific rule to allow rss readers to work.
