hello,

i havent modded my pc (never ever) and i wanted to start today.

well..i addeda nice big silent arctic cooling cpu heatsink with fan alread...now i want to mod my sidepanel with some nice holes so there's more air ventilation so it cools my pc a bit more. i got 2 nice blue neon fans for my case from a friend already.

my question: whats the best way to make some nice, peniclthick-sized holes into the panel in regular pattern? i started to measure things and drew some graphics on the inside so i can make some ncie holes/pattern.

any better suggestions?

i made some more pics after putting in the 2nd fan. ill up them tonite.

my current temperatures: cpu dropped from around 55/56?C downto 52?C at full load.

its a bit louder now that i have 2 casefans, it also looks pretty. i wonder how long im gonna stick with this etup.

Looking good man (Y). When I first started modding I changed mine about once a month, different lights, fan placment, paint color, etc. But now I

just don't have the time to devote to it. So I get a new case paint it, maybe add a window and that's about it. Not really into lighting it anymore.

nice work! I always like to see the home-made jobs rather than the purchased ones... I personally would have gone 120mm on the fan tho... 80's really annoy me at the moment... I heard a server case with 4 120mm fans in it and you could not hear the fans spin, it was awesome and the air moving from the case was more than what the AC in my house moves...
