iOS 27 & Apple Intelligence. Many iPhones become obsolete, right?

Have I understood it correctly that iOS 27 is an Apple Intelligence party only?

Thus only for iPhone 15 Pro and higher, and especially even beter for last years iPhone?

So basically all iPhone 14 and earlier become obsolete and cannot be used with Apple Intelligence and/or SirI AI?

Siri would work probably just not with the AI stuff, just the old Siri im guessing.

And within the EU all this Siri AI stuff will probably work around 2030 and the IPhone 25 🤣
