that still doesn't help it.... just give up on trying .. as was said it's stored on the server and the server limits it not you control it but do you really need more than 160 people? I know you don't sit and put all those porn girls and hotornot.com girls and all that on your list right? hehe.. there's nothing you can do unless you work for AOL or your the president or something.

can't you just change the max buddies value in the registry?

and EmuZombie...that's not impressive man, especially coming from a moderator. you guys are supposed to set examples...and posts like yours just aren't necessary.

... weren't you reading anything i said? The limit is not stored on the PC. There's nothing that we can do since AOL control the amount of people you talk to. Your list is saved on AOL and maxes out at 160 or i think they changed it to 200 -300. I'm not sure.. but yeah... there is absolutely nothing you can do about it since we don't control that....

shotty, yeah i was reading, relax. and it was possible at one point in time. i forgot about the list being saved server side now. i think the limit is 200 too.

i found this on the tweakxp.com website

Here you go :

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareAmerica OnlineAOL Instant Messenger CurrentVersionBuddy

and modify max buddies in deciamal, and change it to how many ever many you want your max buddies to become, 1.e. 500.
