just block https://www.neowin.net/phpAdsNew/adjs.php and http://data.neowin.net/phpAdsNew/adjs.php and there is no more adverts for you from neowin... unless ofcourse you want to have ads to support neowin

You can click "Always trust content from GAIN Publishing" and you'll never see that popup again.

And I would do it too (to someone I don't like).

Wow that really is ignorant. FireFox has one of the best ad blocking out of all the browsers. If you want even better protection, get the AdBlock extension. BEST extension ever.
