I'm on dialup, and and when my connection lags for a bit and the page cannot be displayed shows up, the ie windows just closes . Happens everytime, and this is extremely frustrating. I'm on MSN Dial Up and see that all the time... it either ends up giving the Page can't be displayed message and then disconnects or the connection times out and shows the page error again.
