Chaning Board Logo Using Invision Free

The tutorial below explains how to change your logo when using invisionfree, i wrote this becauase ive seen a few people ask for it, so im writing it for others future reference.

Free Image Hosting - Which Allows Hotlinking

Finding a free image host can sometimes be hard, then you do find one and it doesnt allow hotlinking, well below is a list of free image hosts that allow hot linking.

What Next?

First you need to upload your image and get the url to the uploaded banner and remember it, then go to your forums and log into the admin cp. Then click ? Images> under the"Skinning & Styles"> section.

You will then see the text below :-

To the right of that there will be some text in a text box, this is what you need to edit to change your logo.

Changing Code>

Delete all the text in the logo text box and change it to the code below.

<img src='**YOUR LOGO LINK**' alt='' border='0' />

Above where it says'**YOUR LOGO LINK**'> change this to the URL of the banner you uploaded to one of the free hosts above.

To the right of the text box you need to make sure the radio button has a tick in it, to do this just click on it once, then scroll to the bottom and click the submit button.

Both, i want to make a big contribution, helping with things and posting many tutorials for lots of things skin and function related for invisionfree and for user hosted IPB.

nice. do remember that there is are some tutorials out there already, i'd advice you to specifically concentrate on tutorials that have not yet been created. :)
