i replace all my hacked files and never restart and never go to safe mode...

in task manager, just end explorer.exe, replace it, wait a second, click cancel, then click yes. then do a run>explorer.exe and that's taken care of. for shell32.dll, just rename it to shell32.dll.bak, wait a second, click cancel, click yes, and paste the new one in, wait a second, click cancel, click yes. then just restart explorer like above. for both of these to work though, you need the backup files for shell32 and explorer that are located in X:windowssystem32dllcache.
